Supplies:

1. Clean can, tuna or similar
2. Fabric
3. Filler rocks for weight
4. Poly batting
5. Hot glue gun
6. Ribbon
7. Hot glue gun
8. Needle and thread

Instructions:

Cut a circle the size of the bottom of the can.

Cut a strip about 1/2" wider than the height of the can and long enough to go around and overlap some. Clip relief cuts along both sides of the strip.
